Vibrant and energetic lobby. Clean and spacious room which was well laid out. Efficient and very friendly hotel. Well located just one block away from French Quarter handy to everything. No question was any trouble to the people working here.

Payment Nightmare

I Booked on "Bonvoy" Nov. 1 thru 4th. The total was $788. I got charged $320 the day before arrival. After correcting them that the remaining balance should be ($788) minus the $320... which is ($468)! staff tried to charge my Credit Card $788 again and said they also needed incidentals that would run between $50 to $100. I used my fiancé card for incidentals only to realize that $1130 got charged. thats $788 total plus $1130 total... which is $1918.... My fiancé is still trying to get her 1130 dollars back... We will never book this hotel again!!
