If you’re up for a day trip from Cincinnati, head to The Beach Waterpark, about 20 minutes away. You can enjoy 35 acres of water fun with more than 40 slides, a heated wave pool, interactive kids play area, and a 600-gallon dumping bucket. The Beach Waterpark is designed to replicate a tropical experience with its white sand beach, live palm trees, waterfalls and rock work. Little ones will enjoy Big Creek Beach, parents can relax on an inner tube on Kokomo Lazy River, and teens can enjoy hanging out at Club Splash on Tuesday evenings when the Beach morphs into a nightclub just for them. For dry fun, enjoy the waterpark’s new zip line or the mega arcade.
Ticket prices are $29 at the gate, though cheaper if purchased online ($24). In addition, the park offers military discounts; kids 3 and under are free.
