Entertain the kids with tales of dragons and voodoo and other mysteries, all created out of limestone in these very popular caves. They are among the largest and best known in the Caribbean, containing several drawings from Amerindians, which date back more than 1,000 years. Waterfalls and chambers filled with shimmering pools are among the sites inside. Unlike most caves that are cool inside, these are hot and humid. Plus, there are several dozen steps to be negotiated, so it is not stroller-friendly, and can be a challenge for little ones not yet steady on their feet.
