Opened in 2006, this museum, located in Islamorada, Fla., highlights the area’s diving culture with antiques, artifacts, documents, photographs and more. The museum also hosts several events throughout the year, such as Deep-Sea Trick or Treat for Halloween.

The History of Diving Museum is open daily (except holidays), 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours on the third Wednesday of every month. Admission is $12 for adults, $6 for kids ages 5 to 11 and free for children age 4 and under.
