For more than 100 years, cowboys of Jackson Hole’s Wild West have been competing in rodeos. So if your family finds itself in the Wild West in the summer, make a date to catch a rodeo. The season runs from Memorial Day weekend through the end of August, with shows taking place on various Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. A special Independence Day Rodeo takes place and concludes with fireworks on July 4.
