Located at the southeastern corner of Canyonlands, and accessible via roads south of Moab, The Needles is a hiking and off-roading adventure haven. By car, drive to Big Spring Canyon Overlook and view the Needles from Elephant Hill. Easy hikes are available, as well, including the Roadside Ruin 20-minute walk along a short trail and a 45-minute loop to Cave Spring and a historic cowboy camp.
