For families with young children who may not do well hiking below the rim, the Rim Trail is a 13-mile walk provides a number of easy trails, including some of which are paved. The trails range from 0.7-mile to 2.8-mile round-trip hikes. The trail is stroller and wheelchair accessible from Lookout Studio to South Kaibab Trailhead. Note: Because they are easy trails, they may get crowded.
