We truly appreciated the upgrade which was not requested nor announced-it just took place,All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.The location makes it an excellent choice for airport connections

Professionalism

While checking in I witnessed the staff being berated by an obnoxious and loud guest. They handled it very well. I would probably just have punched him in the face...but that's just me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.
