Colonial House Motor Inn is a small budget motel that offers the basics when vacationing. The motel is close to nearby attractions, such as the Perth Museum, Stewart Park, and Studio Theatre Perth. An outdoor pool and indoor tennis court are on property, and the motel features ski-in/ski-out access. The standard guestroom with two double or two queen beds can sleep four people and comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the motel.

A Nice Clean Family Run Motel

We were more than satisfied with our accommodations. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The bed was great.

We stayed for two nights and on our way out the first morning asked the manager, who was working in the room next to ours, if we could have a couple of extra bath towels. They were in our room when we returned that evening.

We have friends with a boat on the Rideau, so a visit next year is a distinct possibility. We won’t look anywhere else for accommodations. We could have stayed in a $250 plus B&B but, why would we when this place has so much to offer at less than half the price per night.

We have already recommended it to friends who had a similar experience.

We'll be back!

Relaxing, peaceful stay

The family who owns this hotel are really friendly and helpful. The photos don't do the rooms justice. My room was clean, spacious, furnished with thoughtfully. It was peaceful and the best sleep I've had in a long time. I'm a light sleeper and had no problems here.
