Good hotel
Although there was a lot of young kids because of a tournament it's was ok.Also the gal at the desk was amazing I had left part of my phone charger and she found one for me and gave it to me.That'
real customer service.Thank you so much. We will be back ????.

Brockville motel at a convenient location

Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds comfortable and the breakfast well done. The free coffee/tea and snacks in the evening were a nice surprise. It is easy to get around Brockville if you pick up one of the free maps available at the desk. The map is on the reverse of the motel map. However the evening clerk didn't code our keycards and we got stuck at the back door in the rain unable to enter the building, had to walk the length of the motel with our luggage to get the card corrected.
