The staff here raise the bar for service in NYC!

The staff in this hotel cannot do enough for you.They are discreet and let you go about your business but if you need help they go above and beyond to find an answer for you. As a business traveler this means so much. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in NYC.

Pleasurable experience

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Crown Plaza Midtown Manhattan. The front-desk representative (Danyca) was extremely professional. I was allowed to check-in early. I found the room to be comfortable and modern. I’d high recommend this hotel for a stay in NYC.
