This Time Square hotel caters to families with suites, cribs, and in-room Play Stations for older kids, as well as the chain’s signature cookies for the whole family. DoubleTree’s “pets welcome” policy will appeal to families who just can’t leave Fluffy behind. The massive Toys ‘R Us TImes Square is just a block away.

Love the hotel, staff and food!

This is the best stayed we had in the USA. The hotel is clean, cosy and the staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet offered limited varieties but the food was excellent. What we love are the complimentary drinks offers at 24hours a day. Once you stepped into the hotel, you can help yourself to hot chocolate, coffee or tea; very favourable especially when it is cold outside. In addition to this, you can bring your packed food and dine in the hotel waiting area. Location is about 7 mins walk to the nearest subway and 10 mins to Times Square and a lot of eateries around the hotel.

Theater district stay

The hotel barely passes as a fully service hotel. The rooms are small and not that clean. Other than the bell service the staff is not very good. The concierge serice is particularly poor.The 40th west where it is located has a lot of vagrants especially at night.
