Very responsive staff!

We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the location. Room was clean, bed and pillows VERY comfortable, nicely equipped! The staff were very responsive and helpful with requests. The breakfast was a treat in a bright and cheerful room. Would definitely recommend!

Manager is NOT Service Oriented

Manager was not accommodating with booking error. He was very condescending, snooty and rude. Make sure your reservations are correct as I had to call Hilton to get mine resolved. I always love these hotels but this sour apple was so disheartening.
