Room was a great size. Quite clean. Great staff. Did not get as much time to relax in the suite but it was a great size and I would have liked to enjoy it more. Even though we were close to the airport, you could not hear the planes.

We always stayed at the Hampton overlooking the golf course at Centennial Park and lover their rooms overlooking the golf course because they are really quiet!!!
Our last on-line booking (as a Hilton Honours member) somehow picked the one overlooking the airport (not a serene golf course). My special request was "room overlooking golf course). As we try to check in, there is no reservation!? It turns out
that we booked the one a few miles away. Having been told it is only a 10 min drive we were willing to try the other Hampton as we did not want to incur cancellation charges. The 10 minute drive turned into more than 30 min as the route was probably the most congested in all of Toronto!. The two Hamptons are soo different, The newer one by the golf course has more courteous staff, nicer rooms, better internet and a very welcoming ambiance. NEXT TIME I will pay attention to the location for my booking. ps.: I was told that such mix-up apparently happens several times a day - shame on Hilton!!!
