This was a good stopping point midway on our travel route. We stayed twice, one night each on the way to and from our destination and home. We tried two different rooms, one in the front, and one in the back of the building. We preferred the back of the building; it seemed quieter. The rooms were small – the beds appeared to be doubles, not queens. Though slightly cramped, the rooms were comfortable for one night.

The staff here is cheerful, friendly, helpful, and professional. We saw the desk manager deftly handle a sticky situation with a couple who tried to check in without a credit card (they wanted to pay cash).

The hotel is clean, the breakfast bountiful. The exercise room has only two treadmills and a Nordic machine, no bicycle. It could use a couple more machines.

We noticed a gash in the hallway wall on our floor, near the elevator, which suggests somebody ripped it with a luggage cart. We also noticed a gap had opened at the bottom of our room's window, near the heater. Somebody should do a walk-through inspection, note these minor issues, and fix them. They did not detract from our experience; we are confident that the management will take care of these issues.

Clean over all and good staff. Breakfast was very good.
This is an older Hampton and it shows. Not bad mind you, just not what I usually experience with Hampton Inn’s. The staff was very good, as usual with Hampton Inn.
