Not the best Hilton effort

Refer in room was so noisy you could not sleep. Had to be unplugged rendering it useless.
Had to ask staff to finish cleaning room and deliver new linens.
Thermostat did not work and you had to get on your knees to run the AC unit in wall.

KC Mo Business Trip

First visit to KC. Overall good trip. Friendly staff and good food. The AC was a little noisy. Location of hotel was perfect. Lots of nearby places for entertainment, shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend staying at this location
