Awesome, professional, and prompt service.

A properly working guest room microwave would result in a perfect 5 green circle score. The guest room microwave made a loud continuous noise when plugged in and not actually being used. This noise disturbed my sleep forcing me to unplug the microwave.

Staff was great

This was my first time staying at this location. The entire hotel offered a great experience as far as the lobby, room and other amenities - but it was the staff at the front desk that was the cherry on the cake. They made it very clear that they were there to make sure my stay was great and that they would go out of their way to take care of any problems.
