This luxury Hilton offers Niagara Falls views, waterslide and pool, whirlpool tubs, Fallsview Casino with enclosed skywalk, fitness center and lots of onsite dining. There’s the Grand Caffe Breakfast Buffet, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse with a buffet, Mercato Market CafÃ©, Myst Lounge for libations and casual Italian at Pranzo Ristorante Italiano, and sophisticated rooftop Watermark Restaurant.

For families, guestrooms feature mostly variations on Two Queen rooms, some with whirlpool tubs, and can fit a rollaway bed to accommodate five but don’t include mini-fridges. The best family suites feature a king bed and separate living area with a queen sofa bed (accommodates five with a rollaway bed). The Two-Bedroom Suites include two king beds, queen sofa bed and fireplace and allows additional rollaway. The Family Fun package includes breakfast for four. Cribs are complimentary. Fees apply for parking, rollaway beds, Wi-Fi and resort fee (percentage of room rate).

Poor service

This is my second time staying at the hotel with almost exactly the same results. Generally poor front desk service, poor room service, rude staff. The housekeeping staff was very friendly though. There is no pool at the moment and there is construction around the premises. I suspect the hotel is running on minimal staff over the winter so the check-in and check-out lines are unreasonably long. The room was nice but there are better value for money rooms in Niagara Falls. If you can get lucky and not require interaction with any of the staff then you may luck out with a decent stay!

Still My Favourite in Niagara Falls

This hotel is still my favourite in Niagara Falls because its consistent. Consistently good and always what I need. The valet parking is quick and easy, the check in was very busy but the staff was working quickly. Our room was a good size an clean and a good view. We will definitely be back.
