I stayed here with my 16 year old son as we started a tour of Wales. We both commented on just how friendly and hardworking Keith was - he should get the award for employee of the month!
Room was great - everything spotless- great shower and very good breakfast. I hate those packet scrambled eggs but my son loved them so something for everyone.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 4 nights whilst visiting family - and all I can say is WOW! What a lovely, warm, friendly hotel. Upon arrival the staff on reception were extremely welcoming, friendly, went through all important information regarding the hotel, breakfast times, bar/restaurant offering, how to log on to the free WiFi and were genuinely happy to help - which is refreshing. The room was very clean, fresh and had all the essentials needed - such as an iron and ironing board and a large TV. The hotel was very clean and it’s clear to see that the staff take pride in the appearance of the hotel. The room stewards were very friendly and attentive too. The breakfast was good and available at accommodating times depending on your schedule/needs. The bed was extremely comfortable with a choice of pillows (soft or hard) which is another added bonus! The hotel also offers free car parking too - but make sure to register your car on the computer system on the reception desk upon check-in to avoid any fines! To add to all the positives, the hotels location is ideal too. I will definitely be returning!
