Amazing experience at a surprise location!

Didnt know about this location and venue until now but wow! Had a great time, impeccable service, rooms appeared brand new even though a vintage building! Staff was a big plus, all smiles and no hesitation when I needed something. They always looked for ways to spoil me NOT ways to say "no". I appreciate that as someone who travels often but seldom has a great experience! Thank you Zelos Team!

Very nice hotel with great location but a caveat

I was concerned after reading the reviews but the room accommodations are lovely. Very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious and elegant bathroom. The main issue with this great, central location is the noise on Market Street, including a persistent drummer that played nonstop for 5 hours. I would stay here again very readily but request a room away from the street if noise bothers you.
