Spent 2 weeks half board with family at the hotel in July/August 2019.

Hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea with a really nice beach (and many more alongside) right below it (2 minute walk from hotel) Also a nice cliff walk and at low tide can walk between the beaches around the cliffs at the end of each beach. Unless u want to stay all the time in/near hotel, u will need a car though. Surrounding area is nice but almost entirely residential - supermarkets, shops a few miles away, few restaurants etc (although small shop in hotel and beach bar 20min walk) and no buses or trains nearby. Beaches clean and pretty and not too crowded

Hotel is large with rooms arranged around a very nice central pool area (although a lot of guests , pool was never over crowded) restaurant has nice indoor and outdoor areas, massive and very good selection of food at breakfast and dinner and dinner varied each night. Rooms were nice with good a/c, cleaned daily and any problems (like a faulty shower) were sorted v quickly). staff were friendly (although big hotels inevitably feel a bit more impersonal) restAurant was busy but lots of staff and such a big spread that no major queuing issues (but best to get breakfast before 9.30am and dinner before 9).

Also a nice bar by the pool and a second (pay for) restaurant on site.

Parking can be a bit of an issue and only real (fairly minor) gripe. Hotel charges guests 15e per day to use its car park which is a bit steep and a bit off considering what u pay. Parking on surrounding streets is free but streets are v busy with locals/beach visitors so can be hard to find a space nearby (mainly a problem between about 9am and 6pm)

Overall an excellent hotel and would highly recommend.

I’ve been there with the family and it really surprised all of us! Great location (need a car to reach it), beautiful beach, swimming pool (also one indoor), fitness room, baby club, good restaurant and more. I defenetely suggest this hotel for short and long staying.
