We enjoyed our stay in such a hotel with history. Excellent location! Opera, museums, shopping area, etc. Beautiful exterior and interior, the entrance of the hotel is glamorous, breathtaking view from the balcony (but the balcony requires a better cleaning). Very comfy bed, the bathroom has all amenities we needed. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. We got a great support and full information about the city and the area. We will recommend hotel to our friends

We arrived about 9 am for check in. Our room was not ready yet, but the reception agents were very helpful and allowed us to use the spa to freshen up. We left our baggage at the hotel and left to join our tour. When we returned in the evening, our luggage had been brought up to our room. I had emailed the hotel manager ahead of time telling her it was my daughter's birthday and they had arranged a lovely tart, a gift and a birthday card for her. She was very surprised and impressed by this kind gesture. The room was lovely and the amenities were some of the best I have every had at a hotel. All the employees were courteous and helpful. The location was very central and easy to get to any of the tourist sights we wanted to see. Our experience at this hotel was excellent in every way!
