If your idea of a great vacation means spending all day at the beach with the family, this three-story motel at the northern end of the Hampton strip may be just the ticket. Among its units are three large-size family efficiencies, which include two double or queen beds and a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and fireplace. The rooms are individually decorated in bright, beachy pastels, and offer a view of the Atlantic from a shared balcony.
Beach furniture is included in the stay; you can cart it across Ocean Boulevard directly to the sand. The motel is close to several restaurants; if you are looking for more action, all the honkytonk of the Hampton Beach “strip,” with its riot of T-shirt shops, Skeeball machines, and saltwater taffy, is only a 10- to 15-minute walk down the boardwalk.

The "lobby" really gave it away, filthy, old, rundown. No mgr.available, called # posted, creepy guy showed up. Room disgusting, I refused to stay, mgr. argued with me that we would be charged anyway.
We stayed on the 3rd floor, no elevator or handicap accessible.
bed was horrible noisey and uncomfortable. The shower head was old and corroded and took a long time for any warm water let alone hot water. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a man claiming to be the owner pounding on the door stating we were parked in his spot and we needed to move one spot over or our vehicle would be towed and booted at my expense. Needless to say we moved the vehicle to a completely different hotel which was very accommodating I'd never stay in this place again even if free
