Located next door to the downtown Rideau Centre, this hotel offers 240 condo-sized suites with one or two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, gym and free Wi-Fi. The onsite Presse CafÃ© serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and adults can enjoy drinks at the bar. A children’s menu is available. Choose from one- or two-bedroom suites that feature an apartment-style layout with living room, well-stocked kitchen with stovetops and microwaves, bedroom and sofa bed. The one-bedroom suites are about 700 square feet, and the two-bedroom suites 1,000 square feet. The family suites feature two bathrooms. All suites come with in-apartment laundry facilities (washer and dryer), as well as private balconies. The Family Suite Treat package includes breakfast, parking and vouchers for BeaverTail pastries in the Byward Market. Rollaways are available for a fee, and up to four children 17 and younger stay free. Parking costs extra.

Spacious and clean...

This is such a terrific place to stay. We were upgraded to an executive king suite...and it was massive. There was a full kitchen, dining area, lots of closets, a living room area...a balcony, huge den, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, a big bedroom with a comfortable bed and 2 tv's.
It was quiet, clean and would be ideal for a longer stay. The price was good and the location gets you to anything downtown easily.

Pillows

Why do hotel pillows have a rounded, "cylindrical" shape? I'm accustomed to flatter, down-filled pillows and can't get used tp these foam-filled tubes you have for pillows. Sorry! Otherwise, I like the facility.
