Very clean, very comfortable

Hotel and room very clean, very comfortable. Best bed and pillows. Housekeeping good. Small for a family of four and no dressers to unpack and store clothes. I would go back. Location is excellent! Would recommend.

Just stayed at Lord and Moris for the first time and was very impressed with the level of service I was given. I booked from a 3rd party app and that didn’t bother them, they still hooked me up with a great room for a great price. Anthony specifically helped me when I had questions and I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting NYC.
