Family owned and operated, the friendly staff is ready to assist you in purchasing attraction tickets or booking tours. Four guests can stay in the standard guestroom with two double beds. Guestrooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and shower/tub combination. Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas.

VALUE FOR MONEY ACCOMMODATION

There is not much reasonable choice of hotels in Orillia but the Maples Motel was inexpensive and clean, & had extremely comfortable beds! Coffee, tea & fridge also provided. It is on a busy road near the lake & so is a 10 minute walk into the main street of Orillia.
Definitely value for money.

An adequate place to stay for a night.

This is a very small motel with basic amenities. But our room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the proprietor was friendly and helpful. We had a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.
The main benefit we really enjoyed was we were very close to the waterfront and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk in the morning.
