This was an excellent hotel ,staff very polite and helpful,the whole hotel so clean and central for sightseeing,no noise at all at night , me and my daughter would certainly stay in this hotel again when visiting london

I stayed overnight at this hotel thinking that it has good view ( which it markets while booking), but the room faced another wall of the building (so no view). During check in , I asked the receptionist to give me two queen bedroom instead of a king bed, she said it will cost extra. The shower was leaking (the maintenance guy came and fixed it). i thought the breakfast is included which it didn't. Paid another 35 pounds. Also, asked receptionist to check my rewards no. She said she cannot but other guest service can.
