Staff was very helpful, being we checked in late. We had problems with the keys to getting into the room but it was resolved quickly by Diane. We also had problem with the shower pull out but Diane showed us what we needed to do, but I really think this needs a improvement. The breakfast staff were great in getting any item refilled or clearing our table while we were talking.

This hotel just needs torn down and replaced with a brand new one. Pillows are absolutely disgusting and need replaced. If you have allergy to molds be prepare to have a major allergy attack. This hotel needs totally torn down and a new clean hotel to be built. We will not stay here again!
