The Red Roof Inn Hershey offers affordable accommodations near Hersheypark, The Hershey Story and other family-friendly attractions in the area. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an onsite market, picnic area and a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool.

Pets are welcome (and they stay free!) in accommodations, all of which include mini-fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers. Cribs are available upon request. Bonus: Kids ages 17 and under stay free with a paying adult.

Check-in time is 3 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m.

A work in progress

We booked later than we wanted and we weren't sure what to expect. Yes, there was construction going on and no pool but that didn't matter. The room was clean and the drive to Hershey Park isn't long, the location is great. We would like to see how it looks after the work is done, I think the owners are trying to make it a great place to stay

'Disappointed'

Would have been OK, if not for the fact my wife had her back and arm bitten by bed bugs. I called who I believe to be the owner and she didn't want to hear about it. I could overlook the construction and the difficult way to exit the parking lot. But not bed bugs.
