This bed and breakfast overlooks Sunset Cay Marina. Rooms in the inn feature king beds, gas fireplaces, mini-fridges and either a screened porch or balcony. Rooms overlook the ocean or the river. As a traditional B&B, the inn provides home-cooked breakfast daily from 8 to 10 a.m., as well as light hors d’oeuvres and happy hour service from 4 to 7 p.m. Innkeepers will escort guests to the beach with golf cart shuttle service. The property is a sister to the Water’s Edge Inn.

Lovely and serene

Spotless. Helpful, kind, friendly employees that want to make your stay wonderful. Beautiful beautiful location. Very well appointed room. Two chairs in the room. Two chairs on the deck. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Spacious, spotless bathroom. Decidedly superior breakfast with tremendous variety and options. Delicious. Happy hour, though the wine was subpar. We were very very happy we found this gem and highly recommend. Had a wonderful beach walk before leaving. Watched at least ten dolphins hunting and feeding while eating breakfast. Beautiful views. Yes, highly recommend!

Almost Perfect

We stayed at the Regatta Inn for one night on our 30th anniversary. The Inn was very clean and our room - The Poseidon was wonderful. The view from the open air deck was spectacular, we watched the dolphins and relaxed as the sun went down. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. The staff was polite and the breakfast was very good. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch. The location was excellent- away from the traffic and noise of the main area of Folly. Thank you Maggie for the restaurant recommendation, it was very good. We will be back.
