Great location!

The location is great! Everything to see in DC is within walking distance.

The customer service was excellent. Good security.

The room was okay, view of the building next door and very noisy.

The CVS next door was very convenient to have. It was a little sketchy at night so make sure to be aware.

Nice choices for breakfast.

terrible hotel

We just checked into the room and are rewards members...we requested a balcony room and when we checked in the clerk never told us it was a handicapped room...the shower head is 6 inches lower then my head....the bathroom is old and dated and dirty and dusgusting...they claim there are no other rooms with a balcony and refused to take anything off the price. Terrible customer service. Here are pictures of the filthy bathroom and the smashed out cigarette butts on the floor in a non smoking room. Never staying here again.
