You would think an island in the middle of the Atlantic would have its fair share of ice cream joints. For some reason, that’s not true of Bermuda. Bailey’s, near the Grotto Bay Resort and Crystal Caves, is one of the rare exceptions, featuring 30 homemade flavors including coconut, banana, and a sweet concoction of the island’s famous cocktail, a Dark and Stormy.
