Just outside of the Schönbrunn Palace is a great restaurant that offers up outdoor seating and classical music concerts during the summer months. Open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, it’s a perfect spot for lunch or dinner, serving up favorites of former royalty, Maria Theresa and Franz Josef, such as boil filet of beef (tafelspitz) and shredded pancake with raisins and sugar (kaiserschmarrn). It’s also a bakery, so you can grab and go if you’d like.
