Who doesn’t like ice cream, especially when vacationing at the beach? And this local favorite doesn’t hold anything back. All ice cream and fresh toppings are prepared daily onsite. There are the routine flavors of chocolate, vanilla, rocky road, butter pecan and black cherry. Then there are the more extreme flavors like chocolate brownie crackle, tropical coconut and crème caramel. A single scoop contains a healthy quarter-pound of ice cream. There are no small portions here.

Jaxson’s also offers a menu of sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, chicken, seafood and more. When visiting, go ahead and allow plenty of time for your visit. There’s usually a wait for a table inside, and there’s always a line for the walk-up window (ice cream only).

Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 12 to 11 p.m.
