Two restaurants in one, Lotsa Pasta is located upstairs to serve pasta, pizza, sandwiches and salads, while downstairs is home to That’za Pizza, with an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and salad bar. The restaurant is open for dinner year-round, Tuesday through Saturday, 3 to 10 p.m. in the summer (9 p.m. in the winter). Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Indoor and outdoor seating are available, including a deck overlooking Mesa Verde.
