Part of the Gettysburg Hotel (but available to the public), One Lincoln reminds us of Perkins (or any traditional chain restaurant, really), with a casual atmosphere and simple menus for breakfast (pancakes and omelets), lunch (sandwiches and salads) and dinner (steak and fish). Children’s menus and high chairs are available. One Lincoln also houses a dim-lit, cozy bar for parents to enjoy.

The restaurant and bar are open 7 a.m. to midnight, with food served until 10 p.m.
