White Rose dumplings are the signature dish in Hoi An and while many restaurants serve them, they are all made by hand here in this spot by the female members of the Nguyen family. It’s quite possible to watch them at work, preparing the dumplings you will eat a few minutes later. There are only two items on the menu here, versions of the dumplings, but these rice paper dumplings are delicious indeed.
