Admittedly I had booked during a special offer period, but this was excellent value for a five-star hotel and the staff were lovely. Conveniently situated in Kensington High Street and right on the Palace Gardens, this offers comfort and excellent facilities. If you book directly with the hotel, a tranche of benefits such as room upgrades comes into play and added a lot of value. We would stay there again.

As lovely venue with amazing staff. Sadly the building and rooms feel very tired. It appears it's long overdue for rennovation. Suggest a review of the price point on the food and drink as it's currently priced at near Michelin costs with the quality of a diner.
