Just back, my 7th visit, Son, Daughter in law and Grandson 3rd visit, Granddaughter’s 2nd visit.
We like this hotel. Arrived too late for dinner but were given “snack bags” with sandwiches, a drink and some fruit. Good size family room with proper beds for children and my room whilst not next door was on same floor a few doors away. Great staff although at times they appeared to be a little overwhelmed and looked like they could do with some extra help. Very clean everywhere. We were there during school half term which was not a problem for us although it could have been if you were not expecting it. The chefs did an amazing job with some spectacular deserts for Halloween, so well done to them. There is no fear at this hotel of going hungry as there was plenty of choices of good quality food.
We were on a late flight home leaving the hotel after 19.00 and as the all-inclusive finishes at 17.00 we were not entitled to an evening meal. Will definitely return, so thank you to all staff for making another trip to Los Jameos memorable.

This has to be the nicest place in Lanzarote... the staff are so helpful and nice... we had an amazing room with a full sea view.. We went all inclusive it was so worth it.. Breakfast was a really nice buffet.. served from 8am to 10.30.. which gives you time for a sleep in.. followed by lunch 1pm to 3.. followed by crepes from 3pm to 5pm.. drinks were very good all inclusive served from 11am till 11pm..
Dinner was served again buffet style from 6pm till 9pm.. excellent fish options...

Only slight thing was the entertainment let’s this place down.. it wasn’t great...
