Even though the end of the road/bridge was closed it was still a great location. You get a wonderful view of the Lake as well. Hotel employees are friendly and helpful. Parking is free which is rare in Seattle. And there is plenty.

I’ve seldom had every single box checked for the hotel I’ve stayed in during a business trip. This one checked them all. Minka and Breegan at the Seattle Lake Union Silver Cloud Inn we’re friendly and funny. And they assisted us in upgrading our rooms for no added fee. They were personable and sweet. The hotel rooms were new and clean and modern. The tv was at least 65”. All channels broadcast in HD. Breakfast wasn’t simply barely recognizable eggs and bacon. The eggs were excellent. This buffet also included fresh fruit, waffles, toast and muffins, an array of fruit juices, oatmeal and cereal. I’m sure I left something out. We were shuttled to the Space Needle and the famous Farmers Market. This hotel property couldn’t have been better. In any way.
