even though I had booked a room and "guaranteed it " I did not receive any room or service from them and have been treated with complete indifference for over a month of trying to be treated like an important part of their customer base!!

Very loud. I could hear action in rooms all around me and the person above my room must have been pacing . I could also hear the traffic on the interstate. Breakfast was ok. When I went for hot water it was cold and then went for coffee and they were out .
