Pros: clean, Staff friendly, helpful. Clean breakfast area, nice pool. Quiet, lobby and pool area clean. Good value

Cons.: larger towels needed at pool area, more choices of food for breakfast would be nice.

I know that people don't come to Hershey expecting to do much business, but there should still be some basic amenities in the room. I was shocked that my room didn't have any USB ports. The only port was the clock-radio which had a port for the old iPhone -- more than 6 years ago! Overall, the hotel seemed very dated. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was good, so maybe just ignore the lack of modern features and dive in.
