Located in Seaside Heights, N.J., Sunrise Motel is absolutely perfect for families. For starters, the hotel only allows families and couples to stay during the months of July and August, ensuring a friendly and safe vacation. The staff also serves pizza by the outdoor pool every Wednesday, and the motel is only half a block to the beach and boardwalk. As if that’s not enough, there’s a barbecue deck with grills, and a full, complimentary breakfast is served daily!

The hotel’s suites don’t disappoint either. Each one has been renovated to include modern furnishings and kitchenettes or full kitchens with small refrigerators, four-burner stoves with ovens and sinks. Suites come in two variations: Efficiency or Luxury. Luxury suites provide more space, full kitchens, Jacuzzi tubs and private decks, and sleep up to six guests. A King Efficiency Suite with a Jacuzzi tub is also available.

Sunrise Motel is open year-round.

This place was awful. We walked in and then out and were never refunded our money. Very dirty, bugs in shower and sinks....disgusting. The pool was really dirty. The office staff very unreasonable and unfriendly.

Very good motel

Great motel for seaside heights. Very clean rooms, big comfortable beds. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. They have a nice clean pool their with barbecue grills and if you reserve with the motel itself you get free beach passes and breakfast for each night you stay there. I truly recommend staying at the Sunrise motel when visiting Seaside Heights NJ. This motel is about 1 block from the boardwalk and all attractions.
