We had two nights at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen and loved our room, the location of the hotel and in particular the friendly and helpful staff. The ground floor coffee shop offers great value and we were within walking distance of the Tivoli Gardens.

Rooms are clean not spacious. Receptionists are friendly and take good care of the need of guests. Amenities, e.g. swimming pool, sauna, and the gym are nice. Very family friendly hotel, lots of kids and also business men, this hotel needs to work on how to separate different target groups so as to enhance the quality of services. No offense to kids but the tend to play with food during breakfast time, like nipping croissants and breads, not hygienic and disturbing.
