Amenities at the TownePlace Suites Provo Orem include complimentary onsite parking, complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel, an onsite cash machine, complimentary coffee in the lobby, a coin-operated laundry room, valet dry cleaning, a sundry/convenience store, a complimentary breakfast buffet, an exercise room, and an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms feature coffee and tea makers, cribs and play yards, irons and ironing boards, sleeper sofas, hair dryers, and fully equipped kitchens. Pets are permitted, as well, for a nonrefundable fee of $100. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

It was a decent stay. Unfortunately, it seems like they might be low on staff because they didn’t get to cleaning our room until after 4pm each day. By that time we were back in our room and declined the clean. We had a full kitchen, with a small and slightly outdated stove. The freezer doesn’t have an ice maker but there was an ice tray. The hotel is located right next to a Maverick convenient store and gas station if you need any last minute item.

The room was very clean and big for my family of 4. The breakfast was amazing as well. The taffy at the front desk was icing on the cake, so yummy. I recommend staying at this hotel when you are in Orem Utah.
