Over Night Stay in Oakland

Staff (Alex) provided exemplary customer service, professionalism and was very friendly when we checked in and when we checked out. Valet (Pablo) very courteous, friendly and provided excellent customer service. He was timely with our car and helped with our items upon our arrival and departure.

I've stayed at the Waterfront 3 times and always enjoyed it (great room, nice service, and the great marina view balcony!).

This time it was extra enjoyable. I was in town for Afrotech 2019 and had just had a remarkably crappy morning (I'll spare you the details) but the awesome woman at the front desk, Alexandria Jackson, must've been able to pick up on it. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome, got my room ready early, and even gave me a bottle of wine.

It's nice to know that even at a place I already have high expectations of, someone can still blow me away by going above and beyond.
