Incompetent staff everywhere

Major issues with reservation process. Failed to provide what was promised via phone. We did what we were supposed to on reservation and still got shafted. Unfriendly all around and incompetent. Absolutely not satisfied. . Stay next door or elsewhere.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn North Wales. The hotel is decorated with beautiful decor, comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.
We would definitely stay again.
