Sitting right on the beach in Tulum, Ana y Jose Charming Hotel and Spa is a boutique hotel that provides an intimate family vacation along the Riviera Maya. Take a dip in the swimming pool, or head to the beach for some fun in the sun. For your stay, choose one of the many suites or villas available, each with such amenities as a TV, wireless internet service and private terrace or balcony. Some suites include outside Jacuzzis, private plunge pools or private swimming pools with Bali beds. The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the spa looks forward to pampering mom and dad.

El mejor lugar

Had a romantic trip with my boyfriend and had a great time! This is an amazing hotel and has a very nice crew. Our room was always really clean, had Netflix, and the staff constantly left chocolates and apples. Breakfast was delicious!

The pool is also great and the beachfront was very cool as well.

Finally great location! Everything 10 min walking distance.

AVOID THIS PLACE - FRAUD HAPPENING!

I’ll keep this short.
I went to pay for lunch, as a day-tripper with my wife and daughters and tipped the waiter accordingly.
Looking through my bank statements a couple of days later I found that I’d been charged twice.
Looking back, the waiter asked if I could settle the bill, as he was ending his shift and as he’d served us I was happy to honour that and tip him.
He also during the payment looked at the back of my card and made it look like an error on his part and quickly flipped the card back over to the front and put it in the card reader.
But he clearly had this all planned and basically ROBBED ME - BE AWARE of such tricks!
Luckily the bank refunded me but that’s not the point.
Also, I had one flip-flop go missing during our day visit - yeah one!?
Again I now know this was also calculated, hoping that I’d leave the other one so they could get a free pair - luckily I took the other one and foiled that part of the plan.
In summary: Despite the nice reviews AVOID THIS PLACE AND VISIT CHIRIN GUITO just down the beach who have HONEST, DECENT staff with great food and vibe.
