In Olean, New York, the BEST WESTERN PLUS University Inn offers affordable accommodations with value-packed amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, complimentary Wi-Fi and free breakfast, served daily. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, French toast or pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, pastries, breads and the like. Of course, coffee, tea and juice are served, as well.

Guestrooms have one king or two queen beds, plus mini-fridges, coffeemakers and microwaves. Flat-screens and shower/tub combos in bathrooms are also featured. Cribs and rollaway beds can be requested.

The hotel is convenient to Holiday Valley Ski Area. Check-in time is 3 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m. Hotel parking is free.

As always this Best Western always knocks it out of the park. Friendly staff and very modern clean rooms. They must spend a fortune on the mattresses and bedding. Whenever I am in the Olean area this is the place that I come to.

use this motel because of its cleanliness and exceptional employee willingness to go the extra mile .. have never had a less than perfect clean room , the breakfast buffet is no kings meal but it's all good from yogurt and juice , fruit and waffles and a daily rotation of sausage or bacon with eggs ... all kinds of breads and muffins..
