I had an extended stay here and all of the staff was great, but particularly the male breakfast/happy hour gentleman and all of the valet people. They were outstanding! The valets were lead by Nick D. He was the person that I dealt most with and he was great. But so were Brandon A., Dahonte, Gino G., Max B., Howard, Isiahiah D., Agustin E. I dealt with all of them during my 2 week stay and they were all fantastic. Isiahiah indulged in great conversations with me and one day I forgot to text ahead for my car and Nick knew that I had to be at work, so he literally ran to get my car to save me time, for MY mistake. Thanks guys! Great job and thank you!
This hotel was an amazing surprise. I booked it based the the low price and location. e check in and find out it is in an old historic bank office building. The rooms were huge!!!. High ceilings, old wood floors, large space even with a King bed. large bathroom and shower.
Our room was on the 14th floor with a great view of the city, especially at night when everything was lit up.
We also were pleased to find they have a reception on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We each got two free beer, wine or sod and they put out some appetizers.
Good location near the Arcade, restaurants and a short walk to the old part of town with great architecture.
